Rubber set

A rubber set, needed to assemble the glass plate in a profile, always consists of a bottom rubber, profile rubber with adhesive back, cover rubber and a number of wedges per metre. Internally the floor profiles have the same shape so most rubbers fit. Because of the different glass thicknesses the wedges  are different; each wedge has its own colour. So to order the rubbers it is necessary to know which glass thickness is to be used. Apart from the thickness of the glass plates  the number of foils can also differ Rubber sets are available for the following glass thicknesses: 6.6.2 mm, 8.8.2 mm and 12.12.4 mm. This concerns the 1005496, 1005503 and the 1005618 series.

For the SB-Railing profile rubbers are available for varying glass thicknesses: 6.6.2 mm, 15 mm and 88.2 mm. This is the 1005940, 1005941 and 1005942 series. If you would like more information consult one of our specialists
